More food from the concert
My neighbor is a wonderful cook and she gave me a great recipe for chicken salad balls. Finely chop cooked chicken, her recipe calls for 4-5 cups, I just used two rotisserie chickens, finely chopped craisins, I didn't measure that, I just added until it looked right, and then mayonnaise, enough to hold it together well. Then I made bite-size balls out of the salad and rolled them in finely chopped pecans. Too easy, but really good!
